Membership of the Trust: how to join

We are a community organisatioN open to all

Membership of Mount Florida Community Trust will be composed of:

·        Ordinary Members: Aged 16 or over, resident within Mount Florida.

·        Associate Members: Not Mount Florida residents, but support the aims of the Trust.

·        Junior Members: Aged 12-15 years, resident within Mount Florida.

Ordinary Members can vote on any motion brought at Annual General Meetings (AGM) or Extraordinary General Meetings (EGM). Associate and Junior members may not vote.

A suggested annual Membership fee of £2 will cover costs of maintaining Membership lists. Additional donations are welcomed to support the activities of the Trust. The fee will be waived for any resident who wishes to support the Trust but cannot afford the fee.

Membership fees will be collected by Justgiving or bank transfer; instructions will be provided.

Mount Florida Community Trust will hold the details collected only for the purposes of membership of the Trust. They will be held securely and not shared with any third parties for any purpose. By giving us these details you agree to receive occasional communications on matters concerning the Trust such as notifications of events, AGMs and EGMs. You can unsubscribe from communications at any time. Any Member may withdraw their Membership at any time by contacting the Directors at info@mfct.co.uk
