The GCC PAC Hearing was held yesterday, 16 Sept. MFCT Directors Nicola Smith and Peter Craig, alongside MFCC Chair Judith Pollok and local resident Chris Carus, spoke in objection to the application.
Unfortunately, despite clear arguments based in planning legislation, and robust proof of the community’s wish to save the site in its whole form, the Committee members voted to approve Noah’s application by 8-2.
We are deeply disappointed by this result, of course. We will share a more in depth response in the coming days.
